微丸是同仁堂傳統(tǒng)特色制劑，均采用傳統(tǒng)手工制作，一是傳承清宮用藥標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，選用“上等、純潔、地道”的藥材;二是制作工藝精良，藥材鑒別炮炙技藝、粉碎與細(xì)料套研技藝都十分“講究”。此外，微丸劑型的品種丸藥都極其微小，制作起來難度極大，起模子時(shí)所用的藥粉量要計(jì)算的非常準(zhǔn)確，所用粘合劑的量也要把控精準(zhǔn)。
